PROCESSORS (Set of the) 2)
← Back
According to J.L.LE MOIGNE, the set of the processors of a system composes a net, whose connections can be figured by a graph or represented by a square matrix (1977, p.87).
The processors' net makes up the structure of the system and its graphical and matricial representations permits its structural analysis.
LE MOIGNE sorts out the internal processors of the system as opposed to those which connect it with its environment. These last are of two different kinds: the sources, which in the model have no inputs and the sinks, which have no outputs.
LE MOIGNE's "Système général" is a "net marked off in an environment".
