LUSSER Theorem 2)
← Back
The probability of resistance (or reliability) of a chain of components is the product of the probability of resistance or reliability of all of its elements.
This implies that no composite system can be more resistant or reliable than its weakest element.
This property is determinant in the analysis of failures in a system.
